Po godzinie 16 osoba postronna ujęła nietrzeźwego kierowcę. Bus Ford Transit należący do jednej z firm budowlanych zaparkował w nietypowym miejscu. Zadzwonił na numer alarmowy informując, że kierowca najprawdopodobniej jest pijany.
