O godzinie 9 młody kierowca Audi jechał ulicą Limanowskiego w Ostrowie Wielkopolskim. Postanowił skręcić w lewo do mechanika. Nie zauważył, że z przeciwka jedzie Volkswagen Polo, kierowany przez kobietę w wieku około 60 lat.
Na miejsce wysłano straż pożarną, karetkę pogotowia ratunkowego oraz policję. Na miejscu okazało się, że kobieta uskarża się na ból w klatce piersiowej.
Po przyjeździe ratowników medycznych przebadane kobietę. Ostatecznie poszkodowana nie wymagała przewiezienia do szpitala.
